I grew up on a family farm in rural Alberta, where I learned early that the things worth having take dedication and grit. After more than 10 years working in agriculture, construction, and the utility sector, I earned my journeyman powerline technician ticket - and discovered a passion for real estate along the way.

In 2020, I redirected my career and began building something I truly believed in: a rent-to-own program designed around the people it serves. I'd seen too many hardworking families turned away by traditional lenders - not because they couldn't afford a home, but because the system wasn't built for them.

Today, our program helps families across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Newfoundland get into homes they love while building toward ownership. We walk alongside you through the entire process - from finding the right property to preparing for your mortgage - because this isn't just a transaction, it's your family's future.

Our goal is to help 30 families each year achieve their dream of homeownership through creative financing and genuine support. Every home we work with is chosen with family-friendly living in mind, in communities where you'd actually want to put down roots.

This approach has earned recognition through multiple industry awards - but what matters most to me is seeing a family get the keys to a home they once thought was out of reach.
