We operate primarily in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Newfoundland and Labrador, and we are proud members of the Canadian Association of Rent To Own Professionals (CAROP).

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to enter into a rent-to-own agreement. All program participation is subject to a separate, signed agreement between the parties.

3. No Guarantee of Approval or Mortgage Qualification
