From closing our very first Rent-To-Own property to launching RTO #22, this month represents both how far we have come and where we are headed next.

It has now been over two years since I acquired my very first Rent-To-Own property.
What began as a single investment has grown into a business I am incredibly proud of:

This season also marked a personal milestone. I made the decision to leave my job and pursue full-time investing, focused on family and long-term freedom.

This property represents more than just a transaction. It represents where BAM began.
