How does it work?
Here are the steps:
Application - Complete the application form.
Consultation: Schedule a meeting with us to get to know our company and ask any questions you may have.
Qualification: We will review the information you have provided and determine if we can proceed to the next step.
Commitment: If we are confident we can assist you, we will send you the initial documents we require. Once you have completed the documents, we will collect a commitment from you.
Strategy Plan: Our team will request more documentation from you to create a Strategy Plan. This plan will detail several things, including term length needed, maximum purchase price, credit items that need to be addressed, etc.
Review of Program: At this point, we will be able to start putting all the pieces together. We prefer to meet in person at a location near you during this step.
House Shopping: The fun part! Our realtor will show you up to 12 homes that meet the criteria of your Strategy Plan. Once you choose one, we will start our purchase process. Once we have an accepted offer, you will book a home inspection to check the home for concerns or defects.
Finalization of Financials: At this point, we will be able to finalize the Lease and Option to purchase agreements, as well as the monthly payments and future purchase price.
Move in: Finally, the big day! We will meet at your new home and complete a walkthrough, review all documentation, and finalize any outstanding details. Once complete, you will be able to move into your new home!
